Q.	Where are you building new home communities?
A.	You can see a few of our communities on this website, and check out the What's New section for upcoming developments. If you are interested in a specific area, please complete our contact form and we will make sure to contact you when development occurs in your choice area.

Q.	What is the price range of your communities?
A.	The price of our homes depends on many factors, so check out the individual community's web page or contact the individual sales office for up-to-the-moment pricing information.

Q.	Will you build a house using my plans?
A.	In order to maintain the architectural integrity of our communities, we carefully select homes that compliment each other. Therefore, we only build homes from Heritage collections.

Q.	Can I purchase one of your model home plans?
A.	Unfortunately, we do not sell our model architectural plans.

Q.	Can I build a house on your lots?
A.	Unfortunately, lots cannot be purchased separately from homes.

Q.	Can you give me directions to a particular community?
A.	Maps and directions to each community are listed for each individual community. From the main Communities page, select the community you'd like to visit, then click Maps & Directions. If you would like more detail, please contact us.

Q.	How can I get a brochure?
A.	Please visit any of our communities that you are interested in and one will be provided to you. Please note: Our community website pages contain the same information as found in our brochures.

Q.	Do I need to make an appointment to visit a community?
A.	No appointment is necessary. Our sales offices are usually open daily 10am-5pm and Mondays 1pm-5pm.

Q.	How quickly can I move into a new home?
A.	We usually have several Quick Delivery Homes available at each community. These homes are usually ready for move-in within 60-90 days. Otherwise, after you have waived all contingencies and made all of your selections, a home will take approximately four to six months to complete, depending on a number of variables.

Q.	Do you have any rental properties?
A.	Heritage has many rental properties, some of which are listed here on our website. Please contact our Property Management Office for further details.

Q.	How long are standard lease terms?
A.	Standard lease is 12 months/one year.

Q.	How much is the security deposit?
A.	Normally, one month's rent.

Q.	Do you have any office or retail space for rent?
A.	We have several properties listed here on the website, but availability changes often, so please contact our Commercial Group for the most up-to-date information.

Q.	Whom do I contact if I have land to sell?
A.	Our Land Acquisition department is always looking for land to buy. Please contact them via the form on our website or by phone if you are interested.

Q.	I may have land to sell in the future, but I think it will rise in value. Should I contact you now?
A.	Please do contact us. Many times, although we think the land's value will increase, outside forces step in and the land may be condemned or have a zoning change. It may not always be wise to hold the land for as long as possible.

Q.	How do I know the right time for me to sell my land?
A.	Making the decision to sell you property is a very personal one. There are many factors that lead to the decision to sell. They include: The increasing burden of real estate taxes. Children are grown, it's time to scale down. Freeing up valuable assets for retirement or re-investment. Lack of time, energy or money to maintain the property as you'd like. Enjoying the favorable estate planning tax advantages.

Q.	Why should I choose Heritage as a buyer for my land?
